We are a woodfired bakery that bakes a variety of breads, sweets, and savoury items. In addition to this, we make espresso beverages, sandwiches, and soups.
Every day we bake five different types of organic, sourdough-based bread in our woodfired oven (rye, caraway rye, white, whole wheat, and multigrain) as well as buns (sesame seed, poppy seed, and plain) and baguettes.
As the sister of the Cumberland Village Bakery, we also carry a wide variety of doughnuts, cookies, savoury and sweet croissants, tarts, and sometimes even special treats such as cupcakes and pies.
In addition to our breads and sweets, we carry a variety of savoury items that can be eaten at the bakery or to go. This includes an ever changing variety of pizza baked fresh each day, meat pies, sausage rolls, sandwiches, and soups!
